This group is dedicated to encouraging mind and body balance. Yoga has been described as hypnosis for the body. Why not incorporate hypnosis for the mind as well. Each meeting will consist of a 1 hour yoga session with hypnosis addressing a different topic each month (e.g. Confidence, Health, Immune System, Motivation, etc.). You don't have to be a yoga guru to attend. All levels welcome!
