We welcome everyone to come and join us in the fresh air while we breathe in all the natural energy the parks have to offer. We'll practice a fit flow style of yoga, classes will continually change but will always be available to all levels. Bring your friends and you'll have the opportunity to make a donation to The Arthritis Society at the end of the class!

Evolve Fitness is Hiking to the base camp of Everest October 2010 for the Joints in Motion Program with the Arthritis Society we are raising $9900 per team member!!!
