Meet other local people who practice yoga.

Every Thursday we practice "Gentle Yoga"
from 6 to 7:15pm
at Hilltop United Meth. Church (rear entrance)
962 E. 10600 S., Sandy

You'll get a good workout/stretch/balance session and a guided relaxation the last 15 minutes.

The teacher is Robin Dale, PA-C, MS Medicine and is a 20 year yoga veteran. This group has been ongoing for over 7 years. We go out to eat sometimes afterward and enjoy a glass of wine. Please join our great little community.

Cost is $20 a month or $50 for 10 classes --to pay the church room rental.
