Experience a gentle hatha yoga class in our beautiful studio located in the Burnaby Heights area of North Burnaby. Our address is 3978B Hastings Street - that's about 1.5 blocks east of Boundary Road and 1.5 west of Gilmore Avenue on the south side of the street.
This class has been created for those entering or in their golden age, those recovering from injury or anyone needing a gentler practice. We practice yoga gently every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 11:15 until 12:30. This yoga class addresses maintaining or increasing range of motion, functional strength, posture and relaxation.
Social time and a cup of tea after every class.
