Meet other local people who practice yoga and or Meditation, in Brentford TW8 0QQ. On Sunday Aternoons. I am Yoga Instructor in Hatha- Petra Style. But very much would like to make up a small group for Meditation, and whenever is convenient for all of us, do Yoga also!! Will you Join me and my Friend?

Our next meeting:
The Weekly Yoga/Meditation Meeting.
Our purpose will be to do Weekly Meditations -and Yoga from time to time -
Once we have establish the group we can arrange to do Yoga, to suit our energy levels,and timing. At the moment I only have room for 5 people (for Meditation), till later date. Its a matter of space.
