Introduction: I'm in my mid-20s and like to stay really active, but I'm always looking for new ways to stay fit. I've done yoga off an on for a few years, and have decided to come back to it. I'm from the South Bay, so excited to meet new friends in this area.

Have you ever been to Yoga to the People before?: No, but I first found out about it when I was living in Boston and was visiting a friend in NYC. She had gone to that location a few times and I just recently found out about the Berkeley location.
