Introduction: Hi, I took yoga in college and have practiced of an on for years, would love to finally incorporate yoga into my regular routine and think this is a great way to start!
What do you consider to be your level of yoga?: Beginner, taken yoga before, but out of practice.
Do you have a favorite kind of yoga?: I took a Bikram yoga class last week; it was amazing.
Have you ever practiced outdoors before? If so, where?: No.
