Details
Class begins at 12:30
Come a few minutes early to settle in, get a glass of water, meet other moms in the class.
This is an hour long class. We will discuss and create a practice that is safe for you and your body.
Your first class at Playhouse Cafe is Free!
It is $11 for a single class or $39 for a package of 4 classes.
