Practicing yoga with a trained certified instructor allows the pactitioner to gain better perspective between their mind-body connection, releasing stress, and becoming more effective in all aspects of their lives. That's taking your practice"off the mat"! Physically, both Yoga & Pilates allows for gains in strength, flexibility, stamina and balance. This "work in"- work out, really does give more than a typical trip to a gym. *Chose between either of two classes, or take both back to back and benefit even more on all counts!
