Hello Yogis,
My kriya yoga teacher would often say: "An ounce of practice is worth a ton of theories".
During the Sunday November 15, Kriya Yoga meetup I will conduct a guided kriya meditation, open for all. It is a good introduction to meditation and an opportunity to gain some insight into the practice of kriya yoga. A rare opportunity.
