Introduction
I'm an avid cyclist, both road and mountain cycling, and a student of Zen Buddhism, currently learning to read, write, and speak Mandarin, yoga seems like a good complement to my other interests.
What style yoga do you practice? What's your favorite pose?

Haven't done any yet. Due to injuries from 2 car crashes and a motorcycle crash, I have limited flexibility, can't do the lotus for instance, but I want to push myself to the limits of my capabilities.

  •  It was great meeting you last night as well. The rest of the night was fun but Tao was busy as usual. See you on thursday :)

  •  Smokey, Thanks for bringing the poems. I got a chance to read it at home. I particularly like the one by John Gallespie Magee, Jr. It's going up next to my paragliding poster in my classroom and I'm sending it to our paragliding club in Korea as well. See you at the next meeting. :)

  •  Welcome to Yoga Buffs. Come as you are. You don't have to be gumby to reap the benefits of yoga. Would love to learn a few things about Zen Buddhism from you. See ya soon.
