Our purpose is to do yoga, eat, laugh, talk, do yoga, etc?
We always meet on the first Saturday morning of each month. The class will last 75 minutes. See the meeting details for exact time and locations. After class we go to the nearest restaurant for food. The type of person you should expect to meet has long hair, doesn't bathe and wears flip flops. JUST KIDDING. People who do yoga are all ages and careers, as well as various religious beliefs. No, yoga is NOT a religion or a cult. Come to improve your flexibility, strengh and to reduce your stress. Please email Paul (the organizer) if you have any questions.
