All Yoga classes with Yoga In Yoga Out are safe for beginners and all body shapes and sizes. Yoga is great for cross training with other forms of sports, exercise, (running), etc. We teach yoga at a few regular locations and are also available to travel onsite or to customize a yoga program for you.
