Whether you have been thinking of giving yoga a try or you already practice, let's get together in Garner and do yoga! Come have some fun while you stretch, work out the stress and enjoy some "me" time.

ME TIME IS SOMETHING MOST OF US DO NOT MAKE TIME FOR.

Take advantage of this monthly Meetup to workout your body, relax your mind, and feed your spirit. Where else will you find an activity that you will enjoy, and that you will benefit from on so many levels?

Plan to start the practice at 4:15 and end around 5:45. We will meet at 106 Bratton Drive in Garner; please RSVP.
