Dear Yoga Friends,
We will explore the PM 2 series of asanas (postures) of Satyananda Bihar Yoga.
PAWANMUKTASANA means 'wind release pose' and that means releasing wind, gas or stiffness and enenrgy blocks from the digestive system and lower torso.
We will experience and practice the asanas, find out about and explore the related chakras.
We will find out a bit about the lower digestive tract and how to relieve related problems like constipation and gas.
Also good for flattening your tummy!
We will also do pranayama and meditations related to release energy blocks in the lower body so that the energy can rise up to the higher chakras.
