Join us at beautiful Minnewaska State Preserve, for a day full of adventure, fun, and gorgeous views.

We will be doing an 8-mile loop hike. The mid-point of the hike is a secluded lake, where we'll lay out our towels and enjoy a gentle yoga stretch by the shore. After yoga, it's time for lunch and a swim in the lake. Basic bathrooms & changing rooms are available at the lake.

The hike includes a combination of carriageways and narrow winding paths, a waterfall, a rock tunnel, fun rock scrambling, and plenty of breathtaking ridge views.

The gentle yoga class, suitable for all levels, will help ease fatigue, stretch tight muscles, and renew us for the second part of our hike. Beginning yogis welcome.

P.S - Please be an experienced hiker, injury-free, and in good shape for this excursion, we'll be moving at steady pace.

Wear stretchy comfortable clothing, shorts or pants, a somewhat fitted t-shirt, hiking boots (preferred) or structured sneakers (no fashion sneakers, Keds, Converse, etc). Think quick-dry layers!

Bring a backpack, WATER - 3 liters, lunch & snacks, sunhat, sunscreen, sunglasses, insect repellent, swimsuit, flip-flops, towel for yoga at the lake, and a long sleeved t-shirt or light jacket to put on if you get cool.

Included: RT transport to/from NYC including gas, tolls & parking, guided hike, and yoga stretch
