Twilight - crossing over to the 'dark night'

When twilight strikes we know that a long night awaits us. It's a time to dream, a time to sleep, a time to stop and a time to breathe. So much symbolism is associsted with 'dark nights' in different cultures. But is the 'darkness' limited just to nights. Is there a darkness that sometime surrounds us even during the day ?

It may seem strange to us - but it is true that we the eternal souls sometimes cover ourselves under the dark cover of 'avidya'. Every twilight we make a choice to crossover from light to the dark ...maybe today day we can make a different choice - a choice to corss over from the darkness of 'Avidya' to the light of 'Vidya'
