Angry People, Anxious People, Clowns, Couples, Depressed People, Health Care Staff, H R Professionals, Peace Activists, Psychologists, Sad People, Social Workers, Stressed People, Teachers.

Why: You will absolutely feel better and have a great day!
Not only that ... you will be healthier for doing this exercise!

Meeting Description: We will gather at the north end of the park, by the Farragut statute ... once all there, we will move to the great lawn to enjoy a good Laughter Yoga session.


Hopefully the sun will be shining!
(Consider this event canceled if it is raining, or rained the night before, or is lower than 55 degrees.)

This experience should last only 20-25 minutes.
If you bring along your boxed lunch, we can have a picnic afterward, when we can discuss the benefits of Laughter Yoga.


If you come late ... look for us on the Great Lawn and just join in!
