- Hi, my name is Amy and I took a yoga teacher training last year and taught for a while at a new studio in Raleigh. I've been out of it for a little while and am excited to get back in to it!
- What is you yoga experience level? How long have you practiced?

I've been practicing for 7 years, if you don't count all the years in my bedroom as a little kid not really "knowing" what I was doing, but just exploring.
- What do you hope to achieve by practicing yoga? By joining this group?
