This group is for anyone interested in learning Yoga, Thai Yoga and Thai Massage. We have a beautiful center near Columbus in Talbotton GA and are offering many programs from Dailey drop in classes to Month long Yoga retreats and certification programs. Additionally we sponsor a 2 year full Holistic Health Provider program! We welcome beginners to our dailey and weekend classes and there is no experienced required. Advanced Yoga practitioners might consider stepping right into our Thai Yoga certifications. Our facility located at the Thai Yoga Center of Talbotton, also offers Yoga Therapy and traditional holistic healing for your needs.
