- Hello, I have been doing yoga for about 3 years. I still have alot to learn, so I'm looking forward to practicing with others.
- what style of yoga do you practice? Are you practicing at a local studio? How has yoga affected your life?

I do a mixture of hatha and astanga I believe their called. Yoga helps me relax.
