Hello, it's a pleasure to meet you all. I am an Advanced Certified Practitioner of Structural Integration (rolfing). This Dynamic bodywork was developed with the principals of Yoga,Osteopathy and Homeopathy. looking forward to being in this community
what style of yoga do you practice? Are you practicing at a local studio? How has yoga affected your life?

Iyengar with Ruth Bradley and I have also studied with Mark Roberts.
