Introduction: Hi, I just came from my yoga class in the gym. It was great!!! Always I feel like new after this class and I was thinking to meet people with the same interest..... Could be nice, ah?
what style of yoga do you practice? Are you practicing at a local studio? How has yoga affected your life?: Sometimes, I use to go to yoga classes at my gym. Relief my body from those stress days, and put my body and soul in balance! Really feels good...... That's why I though to meet more about yoga life style.
