I have running this group for over two years now.It is perfect yoga for people who always wanted to do basic yoga outside and away from the snotty yoga studios!! I teach basic Hatha yoga .. this is not a class for people who are advanced in yoga.. more of a time to meet people and make new friends and do some basic yoga in a nice location.

We meet on most sundays at 11 am once in a while at the beach and i lead the group through basic poses, breathing and mediation.

Also once a month we have a pot luck.
