Another Free Yoga Class just for our group!

Have you tried Warm Yoga yet? Experience your body opening up to a new level, as we flow through postures and Spontaneous Wave Vinyasas.

This is a beautiful studio and just seconds off of the 75 freeway.

After class Herbal Tea will be served and we will discuss more ideas for our Meet-up group. biggrin
