Hi there! I haven't been practicing yoga in some time and look forward to it!
What are some interesting yoga experiences you've had?

The best experience I had was helping my older female friends to practice at home.

How often do you practice?

I haven't in some time, I recently moved to Denver and haven't had the time to get into the yoga practice again, I hope to make this my first step to practicing at least 2 times a week.
