- Hello!! I'm looking to get involved with the local yoga communtity with the intention of evenutally going through teacher training.
- What are some interesting yoga experiences you've had?

yoga blended with law of attraction, breakthroughs coming form muscles suddenly releasing, really, really good tea.
- Do you have any "problem" areas in your body that are a concern?

at the moment my back is funky, but not in the way you mean.
- What style or styles of yoga do you do?
