- Hi, I am usually a runner but took up yoga after a heel injury. 'Course, running has a spiritual side too, so they are not all that different, except that I only ache in a few spots after running and in 613 places after doing yoga!

“ Although the place is great and the Yin practice is wonderful, there should be some variety of yoga styles from month to month, and either some guest speakers or meet at different venues. This way, people will be exposed to a larger cross-section of yoga and won't have a feeling of "been there, done that" from month to month. ”
