Hot Power Yoga Mat classes
Power Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga which links breath (ujjayi) and movement
(ashtanga/vanyasa) together. This flowing practice, using an ancient series of postures,
brings strength and softness to the body and stillness to the mind.
