- Hi, I'm constantly seeking ways of alleviating anxiety, using my body to calm my mind, and I'm interested in different forms of yoga. I'm curious to try what's described.
- Can you tell me what you would like to acheive from this practice?

More self-awareness, ability to achieve a calm, meditative state, flexibility and balance, and maybe just knowledge of something new.
- NYC Chinese Yoga and it's instructors will work to make the exercises and the studios,or other places where lesson are conducted as safe as possible. To avoid fraudulent lawsuits we are asking you to waive your right to sue us. Do you agree ?

- Did you know that meditation and chi-kung can help alleviate depression,anxiety,wellness? Did you know that these pracrtices are non-religous and not supernatural,because we are not charlatans who play with so-called mystical energies?

- Did you know that chi-kung ( chinese yoga) is focused exercise that ranges from gentle and slow to intense and fast?

- Are you a non-violent person who wants to be able to defend themself from any form of physical assault or abuse?There are no belts or tournaments,no nonsense survival in NYC. Kindness and gentleness are not sacrificied so are you o.k. with that?
