- Hi Angie, I am quite intrigued about the way you have structured this program.I believe we all must find our own "Way" The gentle arts of movement in Qigong and other non-attack are quite graceful. We do,however,reserve the right to defend ourselfs.

- NYC Chinese Yoga and it's instructors will work to make the exercises and the studios,or other places where lesson are conducted as safe as possible. To avoid fraudulent lawsuits we are asking you to waive your right to sue us. Do you agree ?
