Announcing a new meeting for The Ottawa Yoga Meetup Group!
What: April Yoga Meetup When: Tuesday, April 29, 7:00 PM Meeting fee: CAD10.00 per person Where: Click the link below to find out! Who should come: If you've been curious about starting a meditation practice, this will be a good start. Why: I attended last week and thought that others from the Yoga Meetup Group would be interested in this. Meeting Description: This is an ongoing class at the Joyful Land Buddhist centre. The Meditation class runs from 7:00pm to 8:30pm every Tuesday night. It costs $10 to drop in. Shoes are left at the entrance and there are chairs in the room (no worries about sitting on the floor, although it's an option). There's a greeter who can help you. While this event is quiet and an individual practice, there are refreshments that follow the class. Please look for me there, I will have the meetup email printed.
